Welcome to our brand new, ultra-efficient, technologically advanced BLAG SYSTEM!! There’s not much to see around here yet but we hope to change that in the future with many more updates. Yes, the plurality connotes a merger of minds through which my symbiote and i may channel our collective energies to summon forth a writhing mass of unspeakable darkness. I think i shall call the symbiote Chern until such time he should choose to go by another name.

To recount events leading up to this moment, both Chern and i once had blags of our own but after awhile the necessity of “regular” updates became too burdensome for us and so we simply abandoned them. I would think that a diminishment of interest and plain laziness helped play a part too. This was roughly 9 months back when i posted my last real blag post. A few weeks ago, i expressed that i missed blagging but the propensity of the task of keeping a regular update schedule dawned upon me once more. It was Chern who then approached me with the idea of starting a new blag, but not just any ol’ blag. No, it was one which we would help to maintain together so as to ensure that at the very least, between us, it would get updated. Oh, the old blags are still there(here and here) but the age-old timbers creak and shudder under the slightest pressure, rot creeps through the floorboards and the entire structure threatens to collapse under its own weight. Continued occupancy would certainly have been detrimental to one’s health. You can still visit those old sites but there’s nothing left there save memories, though perhaps in the future i may bring forward some of my more interesting posts.

At the outset, it would seem that this collaboration is gonna be an interesting one as our styles of blagging differ greatly. Chern usually employs a device which beguiles the mind through its ability to channel a medium through a medium. It draws the attention of on-lookers into continued viewings, passively overriding their wills and slowly turning them into mindless slaves. Only those of stronger will and mental fortitude are able to counter its subversive effects. I, on the other hand, prefer inscribing runes derived from scriptures belonging to an ancient presence, establishing a casual link with the reader, allowing wraith-like tendrils to breach the void and latch on to the soul, consuming it as it grows stronger. At the end of the day, it is hoped that this collaboration may yet produce some greater effort that will prove frutuitous.
